Who Are The Thunderheads?
We are looking for people who are passionate about craft beer and want to help shape the future of Thunderstruck Brewing Company. Currently, this an invite-only group of beer enthusiasts that will help shape the future brews at Thunderstruck Brewing Company.
As a Thunderhead, you will become part of a group which will occassionally meet in-person either at the upcoming Tandem Taproom or another local business. These meetings are optional, but this is when we will have a bottle share with our friends, talk about the local beer community, pick-up some free Thunderstruck merch and have a good time over a few beers.
You will also receive a free black circle logo Thunderstruck t-shirt to wear around town to talk up the future local favorite* which will open somewhere in Nevada sometime soon-ish. Additionally, you will have insider knowledge of our brewery and tap-room progress, and be a voice for what's next to come in the Thunderstruck journey. And finally, if you're local to the Northern Nevada area, Thunderheads will also experience back of the brewery (aka garage) access to select Thunderstruck Brewing homebrew days where we will share the craft of brewing and a few homebrews while making more.
If you're not already a Thunderhead, then the next step is to join our Pint Post e-mail and then ask your Thunderhead friend to nominate & vouch for you at our next meeting. This is necessary because we don't invite people whom we don't know.
DECEMBER 2024 UPDATE
Things didn't kick-off to a thunderous-roar as we expected. Life events slowed us down quite a bit in 2024. However, we are currently accepting nominations for the next Thunderheads meeting sometime in 2025. We will also limiting our membership to Northern Nevada as our travel plans for 2025 will not have us making that North South 95 trip as often. If you know a Thunderhead, ask them to nominate you.
Small Print: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, as well as the right to accept or reject any nomination and limit total membership. *The free t-shirt will be delivered in-person at a future bottle swap meeting as they will not be mailed. Everything is by invitation only and may include all or a segment of members depending on location and event. You agree to be subscribed to the Pint Post monthly email as well as an additional private Thunderheads email for group news and announcements (these emails are managed by Brevo). All members must be 21+ years old to participate.
