Our two-time, AWARD-WINNING, flagship homebrew, a raspberry, Serrano pepper Cream Ale is golden to pale color with low bitterness, light body and a white head. It hooks up sweet & spicy with a creamy vanilla finish leaving your taste buds desiring another sip or pint. It will leave you begging for more.

Gene's Honey Blonde
Blonde Ale With Notes of Honey
This blonde ale is on the lighter side with notes of honey, a deep golden color with a medium, malty body. It will make summer nights hanging out by the fire-pit gazing at the stars and looking for the space station buzz on by with a bit of nostalgia. Here is a little insider-secret, "Gene's honey" is really not blonde.

Named after our two BFF peeps (Nicole and Ruben) this English Double IPA greets you with a traditional yet light malty flavor and lovely hop-forward aroma that won't give you bitter beer face but still take you to your hoppy place. We use 5 different hops including Cascade, Magnum, Simcoe, and Columbus, plus a secret bonus hop for our peeps.

Imperial Stout With Dark Moon Coffee
Our flagship Imperial Stout with notes of a rich coffee aroma is a homebrew for those who tolerated hours of "are we there yets" and long stretches of mesmerizing high desert views along Highway 95 South. Opaque in appearance, we used roasted malts to enhance a non-astringent, creamy mouth feel accentuated with vanilla and coffee.
